Tri-State Area

NJ and NY. PA is just a supplier. Not only are premade prices 6-8 a pack, but there are no tobacco shops around. Whenever i find a decent tobacco in a place, they have marked it up 49%. Or the expire is november 2, 2002. Ordering online is no prob, but it all pisses me off...

Seems the powers to be must be associated with those of the Black Market. I understand why you're pissed off! Taxation is suppose to be fair, not aggressive. What about pipe tobacco and cigars? Isn't PA a Commonwealth? Capt Mike

See my remarks by going to "Retailers" on the left.   There is an option in downtown Manhattan, and he is a really good guy. The Smoke Shop, 6th Ave & 3rd St. Tell him Heidi sent you. :)
