ran into a bit of disagreement with a friend-
are people without sight (blind) any greater risk smoking in apartment buildings, and is there any need for concern??

I have to say blind smokers are at NO greater risk than sighted ones as far as being a danger in an apartment building. The most dangerous smoker is one who is 1/2 asleep or is heavily drugged or intoxicated.

thanks (name removed to prevent the clubhouse effect)....that's 2 to 1, and the reason I'm posting again is to clarify I was concerned about a person living alone (not my blind friend, she's real clever, and doesn't smoke in the traditional sense).....there is no answer either way that will offend me, etc.....I did watch a lady I knew (my neighbor) kill herself due to asthma, and unable to escape, however her sight was fine and the reasons were your latter ones.....I just think all apartments should have major "aquaducts" come to think it.....(were it possible)
