'09: Accessories only, no longer selling tobacco.
Ziggymart has a good selection and some decent prices on tobacco. Some of their tobaccos and tubes/accessories are way overpriced. Their site is a bit slow but it works and shipping is upfront and reasonable. They can be slow, a couple of my orders took 10/11 days, the last was received in 5 business days...I'm no longer a fan because of things like bags with ripped off labels (leaving a sticky residue and holes in the bags), dried out tobacco, their slowness, and finding lower (by 50% and more in many cases) prices elsewhere.

I have been on contract for the last two years and can by my Copenhagen locally so I haven't had the need to order through Ziggymart for quite some time. But being a past customer I have never experienced any problems with my orders being processed and shipped. All my orders were processed and on the way within the week of receiving payment and at that time I lived in Australia and my orders normally taking two to three weeks from start to finish. I am surprised with what I am reading on the preceding posts, I was going to recommend Ziggymart to some acquaintance's of mine but I am having second thoughts now. To say I am somewhat surprised is an understatement, how can a company have such a turn around in customer service bewilders me !!!!!

i have placed a order 11/11 i been trying to find out since then when i should expect my order to be here, but have not been able to talk to anyone on the phone no that are posted, i tride to call for one entire day and all i heard was someone saying that i should leave a message or email them, however i been trying to email also and the funny thing is that they do not even answere back when you email them. they are very fast in charging you, but when it comes to helping you understand whats happening or trying to response to your calls or email the suck, i feel like i been ript off an i while contact the police if i do not get any response by tomorow, i have all the time in the world so trust me, i will take legal charges. i want my monye back i do not want any products or any thing to do with this SCAM company, so it is up to the "company" to refund me or we can have fun in court.

Another litigious whiner.

You should have read the comments about Ziggymart.
You would have known they are SLOWWWWWWW and
expensive. Amongst other bad qualities.

Let me know how your lawsuit turns out.

Do not forget to get the Attorney General involved and the
"Better Business Bureau". You may want to call in an air strike.

This has been said with my tongue firmly placed between my
cheek and gums.

I must admit I wonder why some of the people here are shopping at some of the dodgier retailers?? maybe they visit here afterwards??? I just looked and Ziggy is listed very last...I was commenting to a friend about just the name scaring me, as well as I looked at their site once and I may even have laughed audibly......at any rate, some of the statements I was told that were on the site previously would make crystal clear you don't want to shop there, Black Death Zware or not.......further, looks like 3 days may be too soon to panic with these guys, however, my offer of a torrid phone call stands, should I get through and you want this...

They suck! Way too slow on order and their prices are not that great. Appears to be operated by some Mr. Mom who apparently is working at home baby sitting because everytime I call to order I can't even hear him because of some kid whining. I'll never order from ZiggyMart again!!!!

I have been a good customer of Ziggymart since 1999. I will not buy from anyone else because I trust the owner over there. They are a bit slow in delivery but they always fill their orders and....they go way above and beyond other companies on the web. At least from my experience, they have been great! They always throw in free items with each order and they are reliable and dependable. For those of you who are complaining about slowness, then you should be buying your smokes at a local brick and mortar store, not on the web! If you are getting a poor phone response or a gruff answer, it is because you are calling them with your nicotine fits, etc. and you are probably rude to begin with. I happen to know they work long hours filling their orders at Ziggymart because I called them at 11:30PM one night and the OWNER answered the phone!
How many online businesses do you know of that work that late? Not many I bet! I think Ziggymart has a great selection and I would rather give my business to those who appreciate it, than those who see me as "just another order number." I am on a first name basis with John, the owner and he knows who I am when I call him! You people should wise up because this business is one to watch! Ziggymart treats their customers right and they are always there to answer my questions. Jim Peterson

I find it funny that both Jim Peterson, and Gary Johnson have the same Email address by the name of Drumsmokes@Aol.Com. I'm glad I checked the retailers section before placing an order.

I have ordered from Ziggymart in the past with many dried out products & I saw some products I could not find elsewhere & thought I would give them another chance, I was impressed THIS TIME-buying some Export'a', Arbo American & Canadian natural all arrived in very good shape. I wont forget that 5 pound bucket of Turkish export that I ordered about a year ago was so dry it just crumbled & I try to REhydrate it & sneak it in with other tobacco just to rid myself of it. This is a site you have to keep an eye on with other smoking related (cigars etc.) that sometimes have great prices but over all Lil Brown & fair price RYO still get the bulk of my $'s.

I've ordered from Ziggymart in the distant past also. They were slow and not very responsive. I didn't get ripped off. They weren't rude. They didn't impress me and I didn't order from them again.

I just recieved my order from Fair price RYO (www.ryocigarette.com)price & compare!
10 cans of McClintock $6.99 a can(Ziggy price $9.19 a can)
25 boxes of Escort tubes $1.49 a box (Ziggy price $3.89!!)
Mynheer American blend $6.99 per can (Ziggy price $15.99!!!)
fairpriceRYO DOES want more($15.99)(Ziggy$14.95)for the Export A that I would like to try but it had better be an OUTSTANDING tobacco at that price. If the webmaster censors me here thats fine but LOOK at the prices of 'Lil brown smoke shop (www.lilbrown.com & fair price RYO(www.ryocigarette.com/index.html) and I cant understand why people want to pay more than they have to, but it's a Free Country!

Depends what you buy. H&R - Lil Brown is $9.45 and RYO is $14. ZigZag 100 tubes are 50 cents cheaper at Lil Brown. I've thought about RYO but they have a limited selection of bulk tobacco and I don't care for Farmers, Railroad, Midnight or Gambler.

I have been buying from Ziggymart for almost 5 years and will not buy from anyone else. I have found them to be very honest, and although not the quickest at times, I have been very satisfied with their service. Ziggymart has a downhome feel and personalized customer service which is more than I can say for a lot of on-line companies. At least they answer their phones and respond to my emails in a timely manner! Their product selection is incredible and I find most of their prices to be reasonable. I have gotten some great deals with some of the sales that they conduct. I give this internet retailer a big thumbs up!

Once you get established with these guys they are fantastic. I think of them as a silent partner, a relationship without words if you will. At first orders used to take awhile. Suddenly after a few orders they were being raced to my doors. Oftentimes they have thrown in freebie logo gifts like magnets, pens, letter openers and the like.

I find their selection to be very good, their site is cranky and harkens back to the days of the old internet. Its almost retro these days. It is however very functional. They key thing with them is their selection and quick shipping. Someday I would like to meet these folks as somehow I find their site, their band, and all that goes with them to be pretty darn cool. A tip of the hat from a quiet customer!

same here. i ordered a few items on may 31st, as of today, june 23rd, still have not received although my credit card was charged very efficiently. i called a few times - supposedly it's on the way... i hope the stuff is fresh when i get it... they have a great selection and good prices - i'd LIKE to be a customer if they'd only let me.

update - package arrived this morning. contents were weird but interesting. two extra bags of tobacco were thrown in gratis to compensate for one tobacco item that was ordered but i guess was out of stock. ordered a few boxes of premiere king tubes and got zig zag kings instead. no big deal, they seem about the same. a few tins of the Amico flavored tobacco, which is nice to sprinkle for a flavored blend....a free package of rollling papers and some ziggy branded matches.

stuffed a few cigs with the golden harvest light i received and it's fresh but i prefer the taste of the house natural blend from "stuff your own."   

overall, satisfied and will try them again but will plan ahead and anticipate a possible long wait for shipment.
i kind of like the "mystery grab bag" aspect as long as the contents are fresh, which they are.

1 word needed for Ziggymart SLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW ordered over 2 weeks ago still have not received my order. emailed them once got a reply back in under 20 minutes that told me to read there shipping policies and that because of high volume it may take up too 10 tens for an order to be filled and that mine was quote next in line, well that was over a week ago and still my order has not arrived. i wont order from them again. the other 2 places i have ordered from the order was filled that day and an email sent to me saying it was ordered and mailed the same day, and i got them both within 3 days time. Ziggymart is too slow specially when my credit card was quickly billed for what i ordered now i sit waiting for what i ordered it better be fresh when it arrives and message to Ziggy i hope they read posts here lol, i for one will Never Order a thing from you again.
