I have been smoking a "mixed blend" of Top tobacco for several years now. I mix 1 can of menthol, with 2 cans of regular tobacco. It cuts the strong menthol flavor and is quite satisfying! Tonight, as I was 'rolling' a few I broke my little Tops roller. I've only had it for 2 years! I'm trying to get a couple of new ones, but can't find them anywhere locally. Can I purchase them from you, or can you give me a store in the Casselberry, Fl. area that has them? I am desperate...and no...I can't roll them by hand. I'm 72 with artheritis! Please respond ASAP. Thanks

I buy all my TOPS from Louie's', but he says he can't (or maybe won't be bothered) get them. I'll have my daughter take my old one up there to show him what I'm talking about. In the meantime, I've 'super-glued' it together. So far...so good, but I know it won't last Thanks...Albert

I've noticed lately a sad decline of customer service at Lowballs in general over the past year. I have a number of them in my area, and they *all* have begun to demonstrate an alarming disregard for anything that might require actual work, like taking the time to keep the stores fully stocked and following up orders--or even keeping their items priced properly. I'm not sure what's changed, but it has apparently affected all of their outlets. I now no longer deal with them and will refrain from mentioning them to anyone as an option. I should really attempt to find out their corporate address to write to 'em and ask what their problem is....

I just moved and started going to a tobacco shop that is closer to our new home. I went in yesterday to buy my usual can of Top Light and to my dismay the coupon had been torn off the top (You can tell because some of the lettering is missing) and the plastic seal that tells you there is a coupon was gone! It was given to me from BEHIND the counter off a shelf. I asked the clerk and he took the plastic lid off and tapped the Lok Seal and said "It hasn't been opened...do you want it or not?" I needed the tobacco so I went ahead and bought it for full price but I think they are ripping us both off!

Sure sounds like they are ripping you off and in actuality there's probably nothing you can do about it besides take your biz elsewhere.

When I first got into myo I was looking for a tobacco that matched up with Marlboro Red. I decided that the tobacco called 61 (now considered by me to be a vile smoke :) fit the bill. I went to my local tobacco shop and asked them if they would stock it for me. They guy wanted to know how often I was going to buy it and I told him i'd be in every week no problemo! He said sure, come back in a week and i'll have it for you. I came back a week later, sorry, it didn't come in, I came back the second week, sorry, didn't come in, I went back the third week, sorry, not here yet but it's on order, I went back the fourth week, the guy TOLD ME (seriously) I had never asked him to get it!!!!!
I wanted to punch the little fat A$$ out!
The silver lining to that story is, in that month I discovered McClintock Virgina which became my main smoke and another local shop that was all to willing to stock what I wanted and was happy to see me and my biz.
I'd say find a new store but if you do go back be sure to get in their face! Get loud and make sure there are other customers there when you do :)

I am a regular buyer of the Gambler cigarette tobacco. I recently purchased a 16oz. bag of the menthol(my usual) and was extremely disappointed! It doesn't burn properly. The tobacco keeps going out! I use a top quality Premier injector and have never had this problem. Any chance I could get the address of the company so I could complain directly??
