I recently purchased a 1 lb. bag of North brand RYO tobacco and it smells like burning tar and I couldn't finish smoking one cigarette. The tobacco store were I bought it will NOT reveal the name of his distributor so that I can register a complaint and either get my money back or a replacement.

I've hit road block after road block in attempting to track down the city, state and phone # of Pacific Stanford Mfg. Co. who is the manufacturer of this North brand tobacco.
Can you possibly advise me phone # of this company.
