Check out the El Nino. It's about 3/4 the way down the page. Maintains 65% humidity in a small portable package. I think I'll order a couple.

It would appear that they can. After charging with water, I dry it with a paper towel, let it set for a bit, and the covering is dry to the touch. I could fit it into the bottom of one of my two-piece slip cases and add 100s and still close the case. It does make an awfully tall pack of cigarettes, though.

These are great. I picked up six of them, tried to balance out the cost of shipping compared to the purchase price.

I keep my tobacco's in storage jars, hexagonal with wooden lids, kinda like you'd see in a candy store or a tobacco shop. I put one El Nino in the bottom and one in the top of the jar. One would probably be enough, but I have extra unless I mix up several blends at a time. This seems to be doing an excellent job at keeping the tobacco at a constant level of humidity. In June, we went camping for 12 days. I took my entire inventory of tobacco stuff and it rained some nearly every day. Even though the humidity was horribly high, my tobacco remained useable the entire time. All my friends were facinated by the entire SYO process and smoked a lot of my cigarettes.
