"Standard Commercial, a North Carolina-based tobacco supplier, will supply and blend the tobacco for the tribe's Complete brands.

Apparently Standard Commercial merged with DIMON Incorporated to form Alliance One International in May '05. I don't know how much they have to do with MYO tobaccos but they are a pretty major tobacco leaf importer and processor.
