I recently tried Ashford light, MacBaren American and Bugler Gold. While I'm not particularilly fond of 'American' blends, I had no problem finishing off the cans of Bugler and MacBaren. I still have about half a can of Ashford and it will probably be some time before its gone. Its a pretty nice fine-cut shag but I don't care for the smell or taste of it.

I tried a 6oz can of Ashford Menthol.

On first opening I noticed a distinct aroma of pipe tobacco.
It's cut about the same as McClintock or Three Sails.
It has less menthol than McClintock Menthol, which suits my taste perfectly. It has a full-bodied taste without harshness.
I'll try to report back later, after I've tried smoking this on a regular basis.
