How about Gawith and Hogarth Dark Birdseye? Shag cut, stuffs and burns great, extremely powerful, sweet and very rich stuff. I think it is entirely Virginias, available by the ounce at pipe tobacco retailers (it is primarily a pipe tobacco). G and H also makes several shag cuts for pipes that could be stuffed but Dark Birdseye is the only one I've tried.
