What makes a tube horrible?

So, I have like 400 Premier Tubes and I see here that some of you sincerely hate them. Why?

The taste of paper, it may overwhelm the taste of the tobacco. Especially when you first light up and the tip has little or no tobacco. you'll taste paper. But if you have not noticed it, don't worry about it. They are a stout tube that stuff well.

Maybe I haven't noticed because I haven't had a "good" tube. I don't mind the Premiers for now.......but always looking for that perfect experience. :)

Yeah, I've smoked premiers too. Didn't notice myself until once when there was no tobacco in the tip and when I lit up it was like smoking a paper shopping bag. I know a couple of people that always smoke with premier tubes, they don't seem to mind them. All this stuff is so subjective, based on your individual tastes. I think they are all better than premades. I smoke rizlas king size full flavors red box. They work well for me. This last box that I'm using now has had about 6 tubes split while stuffing. First time that has happened in two years. They just changed the carton so I imagine the tubes have changed also.
